Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The period for withdrawal from the contract expires after 30 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Piubiu.pl - online store, Ul. Nowy Świat 59, 00-042 Warsaw POLAND, bok@piubiu.pl, Phone: +48511435101) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You can also complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website https://piubiu.pl/data/include/cms/formularze/formularz_zwrotu_towaru2.pdf. If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of the information about withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal deadline.
Effects of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract.
We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the item to us at the following address: ONLINE STORE - PIUBIU.PL, UL. NOWY ŚWIAT 59, 00-042 WARSAW POLAND, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are only liable for the diminished value of the item resulting from its use in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
